The face behind the name

I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend. I've had a very fulfilling life thus far; having grown up in a military household and traveling as a young child, to being married to an amazing man and starting our dream life in North Carolina with our children. What brings me the greatest joy is my family and my sons. They have supported me and been the foundation to what my photography has become. I live for them, and will eternally be grateful for their love.

Growing up, I always had a camera in my hand. I've always felt that photography allows me to capture the everyday moments in our lives and execute that in a very creative way! I bought my first DSLR camera a little over 9 years ago to allow me to further my curiosity in photography. I decided about 6 years ago that this really was a passion and something I wanted to explore further. Between picking up the camera daily and online/classroom tutorials, I planted my tiny seed. The rest of my journey as a professional photographer lies in all of you and your desire to hold on to the beautiful and precious moments of your lives.
